However, for bookings and availability please contact either Scott Williams (www.scottwilliams.co.uk) or Travel a la Carte (www.travelalacarte.co.uk).  These two holiday companies have excellent reputations with firstclass representatives who live on the island.  Should you also wish to hire the services of an in-house chef, then the holiday companies can arrange this too, but prompt bookings need to be made as cooks get 'snapped up' very early in the season.

It should be noted that bookings are normally taken for complete weeks between April and October with Friday designated as arrival/departure day. This fits best with UK flights and transfer timetables.  On the day of departure, the villa must be vacated by 10.00 am to enable the maid to clean and prepare for the arrival of the next guests, unless express consent has been obtained from the owners to vary the time.
