OUTDOOR LIVING AT VILLA PROSPERO

Image: Prospero viewed from the pool terrace

A tiny lane winding its way down the hill from the hamlet of Dendiatika, through the olive trees brings you to Villa Prospero which sits in its own olive groves (3,800 square metres). Secluded, on this dead-end lane, there's plenty of space to find a quiet corner for peace and privacy - just sit and look out at the stunning views.

The terraces are paved with local stone, matching that used throughout the interior of the house. Outside, each area has its own teak furniture to seat eight for dining (balcony) and coffee table; a large table seating sixteen under the portico as well as a day-bed; and on the upper terrace there are four sun loungers, new permanent shade area, a round wicker table and eight matching chairs. Poolside and through a gate, there are eight textoline loungers with drinks tables and two individual umbrellas.

From the balcony with new permanent shading over the dining area, an external staircase leads down to the upper terrace where there is an outside kitchen and large greek barbeque.

Outside lights can be switched on the balcony, portico, and by the washing line from indoors, the outside stairs and pool terrace being switched on by the steps, as well as to the front and side of the house, the latter two being switched automatically by infra-red sensors.

Nothing has been spared to give maximum comfort and relaxation.
